sesame tofu with soy sauce koji

green peas and corn set with aga-agar

steamed king oyster mushroom with green chilli and ginger sauce

steamed vegetables with walnut miso dip

silver beet and deep-fried tofu mixed with nori sauce

2 Simmered:

deep-fried tofu ball simmered in kombu dashi broth

3 Grilled:

grilled zucchini filled with King oyster mushroom and creamy sauce

4 Rice and soup:

mini rice balls and miso soup

homemade pumpkin and amazake ice cream with adzuki bean paste
